• NBII Metadata Training for Environment Canada: Environment Canada invited Sharon Shin, of the Center for Biological Informatics, to provide two one-day workshops covering the Federal Geographic Data Committee’s Biological Data Profile. The first week of November, Shin traveled to Hull, Quebec and Toronto, Ontario and conducted workshops for audiences of librarians and database managers.
