WARRANTY WORK:
Regarding warranty repair, all users should report any problems to their

associated with the user, set up, or some other local problem that can be
resolved by directing the user to do something. If the Agency GPS Coordinator
determines that the PLGR+96/II needs to go in for repair, The user will be
instructed to follow a specific procedure for returning the PLGR+96/II to Rockwell.
That procedure includes:
- Approval from the Agency GPS Coordinator for return to Rockwell,
- preparing an enclosure detailing the problem,
- packing and shipping according to required Federal Civilian Agency procedures, and
- providing a copy of the PLGR+96/II problem, with date shipped, to the Agency GPS Coordinator.
