These data were collected under contract by The Nature Conservancy,
through a contract with the Environmental Research Systems Institute.
They are represented in three files.
Physical Descriptive Data for Plots
For 27 sites, contains site code, site name, GPS coordinates, and physical
factors (elevation, slope, aspect, topographic setting, landform, surface
geology, cowardin system type, surface materials, leaf characteristics, and physiography). This is a very
large file that may not display properly on your computer. Download the
spreadsheet or database formats for local viewing.

Species Listing Data for Plots
Contains species listings for each site, listed by site code one species per
line, with species type, plant code, and strata code. This is a very large file that may not display properly
