Access Database: Field Data for Accuracy Assessment, Physical Descriptive and Species Listing Data (2.06M)
These data were collected under contract by The Nature Conservancy,
through a contract with the Environmental Research Systems Institute.
They are represented in two files.
Physical Descriptive Data for Plots
For 49 sites, contains site code, site name, GPS coordinates, physical
factors (elevation, slope, aspect, topographic setting, landform, surface
geology, cowardin system type, hydrography, surface materials, soil texture
and drainage, leaf characteristics, and physiography), and stratum information
(descriptions of strata for each site, multiple lines per site by
plant species, with information on height, cover, and strata codes). This is a very
large file that may not display properly on your computer. Download the spreadsheet or
database formats for local viewing.

Species Listing Data for Plots
Contains species listings for each site, listed by site code one species per
line, with species type, plant code, and strata code. This is a very large file that may not display properly
