Dataset copied. garibn83.shp converted to personal Geodatabase. Used editor in ArcMap to cut polygon features based on updated cad files from Northeast Regional Lands Aquisition Office. File converted to Coverage and clean run from ArcTools. Converted to shape file and edited the overlaps created from the clean. Attribute table joined with table from Lands MIS database then exported shape to final version.
