The National Park Service shall not be held liable for improper or incorrect use of the data described and/or contained herein. These data and related graphics ("GIF" format files) are not legal documents and are not intended to be used as such.

The information contained in these data is dynamic and may change over time. The data are not better than the original sources from which they were derived. It is the responsibility of the data user to use the data appropriately and consistent within the limitations of geospatial data in general and these data in particular. The related graphics are intended to aid the data user in acquiring relevant data; it is not appropriate to use the related graphics as data. The National Park Service gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of these data. It is strongly recommended that these data are directly acquired from an NPS server and not indirectly through other sources which may have changed the data in some way. Although these data have been processed successfully on a computer system at the National Park Service, no warranty expressed or implied is made regarding the utility of the data on another system or for general or scientific purposes, nor shall the act of distribution constitute any such warranty. This disclaimer applies both to individual use of the data and aggregate use with other data.

Data_Quality_Information:
Attribute_Accuracy:
Attribute_Accuracy_Report:
All attributes created during the creation process were verified by displaying the lines in both the database and the spatial coverage, but no formal tests were performed.
Logical_Consistency_Report:
These data are believed to be logically consistent, though no tests were performed.
Completeness_Report:
The boundary is dependent on features delineated on USGS 7.5 minute Topographic Maps (converted into Digital Line Graph and Digital Raster Graphics, DLG and DRG, respectively) and professional survey data. Mapped features might change as the natural land changes or better maps and aerial photography become available.
Positional_Accuracy:
Horizontal_Positional_Accuracy:
Horizontal_Positional_Accuracy_Report:
Data were derived from USGS Digital Line Graph data, produced from USGS 7.5 minute quadrangles. Aerial photography for Mt. Coolidge and Cicero Peak quads flown in 1953, field checked in 1955. Mt. Coolidge quad was photoinspected (not revised) in 1976. Cicero Peak quad was photoinspected (not revised) in 1979. Boland Ridge, Butcher Hill, Pringle, and Wind Cave quads' photography flown in 1953, field checked in 1956 and 1957. Wind Cave and Pringle Quads were photorevised in 1979. These data do not conform to National Map Accuracy Standards.
