Accomplishments:
Star  Determined movement patterns, home range size, habitat use, & mortality of axis deer
Star  Designed a testing arena and protocols to evaluate fence designs for stopping mouflon sheep movement


Significance:
Star  Small home ranges and artificial water sources permit high densities of deer to exist at Kalaupapa
Star  Fencing and other management decisions benefited from our results
